It’s August. The last month of summer, and for a lot of us, it means time to prepare for back to school. An important component for success at school (emotionally, academically, and physically) is a healthy diet of meals and snacks that will maintain energy and fuel growth.
Leaving the relaxed summer pace for a set school schedule can be stress inducing. It’s no small feat to get breakfast made, snacks and lunches packed, and everyone out the door with their corresponding homework and gear.
