A Month of Meals for the Busy Season
During this busy month of holidays, you can SAVE TIME, SAVE MONEY, and REDUCE YOUR STRESS by making a meal plan each week. Or go big, and make a meal plan for the month.
Take two weeks of your family’s favorite meals and make a double batch of each of them – voila, a month of meals! We usually plan to make 4-5 meals per week depending on the schedule. (Some nights we are eating out at a restaurant or with others, traveling, or getting take-out.) Double batch everything that you can, and you will save time shopping, prepping, and cooking. Put your second serving from the double batch in the freezer, and all you will need to do the following week is defrost and reheat – happy holidays!
Cheers!
