WEDNESDAY:
- Carne Asada (marinated, grilled skirt steak)
- Tortillas
- Corn on the cob
- Peas
THURSDAY:
- Take out sushi
FRIDAY:
- Grilled pork tenderloin
- Grilled zucchini
- Brown Rice
SATURDAY:
- Pizza night: take out
SUNDAY:
- Herb-roasted chicken with shallots, carrots, and celery
- Couscous
