Sharon’s family menu for the third week of June 2014
This was a very unusual meal week for our family because almost every night the adults and kids ate different entrées.
Monday:
- Seared Steaks
- Roasted Potatoes, Onions, Bell Peppers
- Green Salad with Parmesan
Tuesday:
- Steak (leftovers) Tacos – adults
- Black Bean Burritos – kids
- Sautéed Corn and Zucchini
- Sliced Avocado
Wednesday:
- Spaghetti Puttanesca for adults
- Spaghetti Marinara for kids
- Green Salad with Parmesan
Thursday:
- Local take-and-bake “Zaw” Pizza:
- Gluten-free Crust, Prosciutto and Arugula for adults
- Whole Wheat Crust and cheese for kids
Friday:
- Rotisserie Chicken
- Potato Salad
- Sliced Peaches
Saturday:
- Adults out to dinner with friends
- Babysitter and Kids:
- Roasted Hot Dogs
- Watermelon Wedges
- Sliced Peaches and Strawberries
- Blue Corn Chips
Sunday:
- BBQ Potluck with Preschool Association
- Sliced Tomatoes, Onions, and Lettuce for Hamburger *Sharon’s contribution
